Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Christina Bauer Photos (Setzerweg 18, 82490 Farchant).

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing your order, you submit a binding offer. Acceptance occurs through an order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros, including statutory VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

4. Production and Delivery

Our products are custom-made to order through our production partner Gelato and shipped directly to you. Delivery time is usually 5–10 business days. Due to the custom production, exchange or return is not possible.

5. No Right of Withdrawal

As all products are custom-made to order, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (German Civil Code). Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.

6. Warranty

In case of defective or faulty products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the damage at: c.bauer.fotografie@icloud.com. The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
