Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

### Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse you for all payments I have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal was received.

For this repayment, the same means of payment will be used that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform me of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

### Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Since many products are produced individually only after an order has been placed, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in certain cases.
