Every artwork in my shop is individually printed to order and shipped to you with the utmost care. Here you will find all important information regarding shipping, delivery times, and packaging.

Delivery Times

Since all prints are produced only after your order, I need a little more time than for stock items. Production and delivery time is usually 5–10 business days within Germany. For international deliveries, it may take a little longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery country and the chosen format.

Germany
For deliveries within Germany, fixed shipping costs apply, which are displayed at checkout.

Europe / EU
Shipping costs within Europe are automatically calculated depending on the product, format, and destination country. This ensures the fairest and most transparent shipping prices possible.

Shipping Partner

Production and shipping are handled by Gelato, one of my carefully selected partners. Your artwork will be produced in a print shop as close as possible to your residence – this shortens delivery routes and protects the environment.

Packaging

Matte art prints are wrapped in protective paper and shipped in robust, crease-proof special packaging to ensure your print arrives safely and undamaged.

Tracking

As soon as your artwork leaves the manufacturer, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your print's journey step by step.
